We’re a proudly South African brand, committed to supporting local manufacturers and suppliers wherever possible; thereby contributing to building the country’s economy, alleviating unemployment and retaining existing employment opportunities.
Our small team of local manufacturers have many years’ experience in the industry producing outstanding leather products, and our suppliers source materials with exceptional care and consideration.
Our shoes, bags and belts are handmade using the highest quality products. Being natural, organic materials, leather and suede have slight variations in colour, texture and appearance. These are not flaws, but part of their beauty and the alure of worn leather’s patina. Our inner soles include a 4mm memory foam for super-soft comfort; and all our shoes and straps are lined with genuine leather or suede.

Deliveries, Exchanges & Returns
DELIVERIES
Zaluki offers free deliveries within South Africa on orders over R950. For orders under that, there is a flat door to door delivery fee of R100 within South Africa. Your order will be dispatched within 14 working days from receipt of full payment; and we’ll send you a tracking number.
International shipping rates and times will be quoted on individually. Email orders@zaluki.co.za providing your full address and details of your order and we’ll respond as soon as possible.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

REFUNDS & RETURNS
Zaluki does not do refunds unless there is a manufacturing fault, but we will gladly exchange or give you a full price credit exchange or give you a credit, less the courier costs.
EXCHANGES
Before ordering please carefully look at our size chart. Zaluki will exchange for a different size if you email orders@zaluki.co.za within seven days of receipt of your shoes. They must be returned unused, unworn, in the original packaging and in the same condition you received them. We’ll organize a pick-up, and send your replacement pair after receiving your return order.
Exchanges will only be considered on regular stock, not on sale, discounted or promotional items.
International exchanges will be quoted on individually.
DEFECTS
If there is a quality-related issue, we will repair or replace at our cost. Please email orders@zaluki.co.za providing details of the problem. We’ll organize a pick-up, and send your replacement pair as soon as they’re ready.
We are not able to replace shoes where there has been excessive wear and tear, or the product shows signs of improper care, such as stains, scuffs or water damage.

Deliveries in KZN take 1-2 working days; other South African cities 2-3 working days; and rural areas a little longer. International shipping times will be confirmed on order.
